credits to: www.petsugar.com

Giving treats to your pet dog is a good way to reward them. Either you give it as a snack or you give it to reward him of a job well done like not peeing on your floor. Here’s a sweet and healthy treat for your doggie that he’ll surely love.

Crunchy Pupcakes (Apple Flavor)
Servings: 12 to 14 pieces

Here’s what you will need:
ü  2 and ¾ cups of water
ü  ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
ü  ¼ teaspoon vanilla
ü  4 cups whole wheat flour
ü  1 cup dried apple chips or if you prefer fresh fruit
ü  1 tablespoon baking powder
ü  1 egg, slightly beaten
ü  4 tablespoons honey

How to make the pupcakes:
1.      Before you start mixing, preheat first the oven to 350 degrees.
2.      Get the muffin tin and spray it with cooking spray.
3.      Mix the dry and wet ingredients separately. Then add the wet to the dry mixture.
4.      Make sure that you mix them together so that there’ll be no dry mixture left.
5.      Pour the batter to the muffin tins.
6.      Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
7.      Test it by pricking it with a toothpick and when it comes out dry, and then you can remove them from the oven.
8.      Store it in a sealed container.
